Bug - Publishing Report to Service

Hey all;

When Publishing a newly created report, the status window jumps up for a split second and disappears. No "Publishing is complete; click here to see your report" or anything like usual.

I can always manually upload to the workspace, but this bug is new.

Running May 2023.

I test it in my Power BI Desktop, it works well, the prompt dialog shows normally, please try again.
