Bug: Notification Dismissal
I dismissed a notification and it returned. The notification is titled: "Free Virtual Power BI Dashboard in a Day workshop". Next step is placing all notifications under an ad blocker.

I didn't understand your problem, it seems that you are affected about the ad push? Or are you having trouble using some Power BI feature?
By this notification do you mean Alert or Subscribe? If you don't want to use them, you need to manually go to the corresponding function to turn them off.

I mean that I dismissed the notification multiple times and it continues to return.
Expeceted behaviour for a dismissed notification is for it to be dismissed.
I now used an adblocker to successfully hide the notification badge.
