Bug? Markers diaapeard when column consitional formatting applied

Hi guys,

I'm running into this wierd issue in Power BI Service, my markers in the Line and Column chart dispeared all of a sudden today. However, when I checked the very same visual on Power BI desktop, it looks fine. 

I attempted to rebuild the same visual in Power BI Service and realized applying conditional formatting for the column color removes the marker.

Power BI service: 

Top chart has conditional formatting for the columns, and the bottom one does not.

Power BI Desktop:

Is this an bug that's being worked on? Is there some kind of workaround I can apply?
