Occasionally, when posted to the service, the card visual (new) will lose it's formatting and default back to just a white card. Can this be investigated? It seems to work fine on desktop/local version of pbix file. Thanks!

Hi @znite,
Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community forum
Thank you for reporting this issue. We understand that the Card visual (new) occasionally loses its formatting when published to the Power BI Service, despite appearing correctly in Power BI Desktop. This behavior may be related to visual rendering differences between the Desktop and Service environments, especially with newer visuals still undergoing improvements. While clearing browser cache or republishing the report may help in some cases, we recommend raising a support ticket. This will allow our product team to investigate your specific scenario with access to diagnostic details, and escalate the issue appropriately if needed.
We appreciate your proactive feedback as it helps us improve the overall experience.
