Broadcasting dashboards to specific recipients using specific filters

Hi,

We have a power bi dashboard. Is there a  way for us to select a slicer and automatically send the report to recipients?

Please advice.

What is the slicer used to filter, users or data? If it is used to filter data and filter different people to see data with different permissions, why not use row-level security?
If you want to export PowerBI reports and automatically send them to recipients via email and want to use row-level security to filter data, then using PowerAutomate will be what you want.

HI @AparnaJ ,

You can subscribe multiple people at once - but not each one with their own settings (unless you are using paginated reports).  You could use a Power App to do this I believe but I am no experience in that area.
