Bookmarks show wrong content when changing page

This issue is same with Azure service and with latest Desktop.

Sometimes when we choose a new page or open the report, the report show wrong content:

It is easiest to see that button and heading are not on sync. But I suspect that other data is also out of sync and further more it is not from either of these pages: 3.1 and 3.5.

In this example it is closer to bookmark 3.5, but some graphical elements are missing and table content is not the same:

I have seen the same in Desktop as well and these screenshots are from Azure service.

When we press any bookmark button, then everything gets fixed.

Also when I try to test this and repeat the issue, I have always failed with it: it happens once and then it is gone.

This report has four pages and each page has a bookmark navigation buttons (0-3):

Each bookmark has a page filter that shows the heading and content that is relevant for that page.

I have used these settings when updating bookmarks:
