Bookmarks in Mobile mode (Portrait) stopped working, Landscape does.

Hello folks, I have a report where bookmarks in mobile mode (portrait) worked great, landscape worked as well. But now only landscape bookmarks work.

 

If I switch to landscape mode and select the desired bookmark, then switch back to mobile the proper data is displayed.

 

Any ideas?

    Hi  109264 ,

     

    According to your description, your problem is that bookmarks in mobile mode do not work in portrait mode, but work fine in landscape mode.
    This may be due to changes to the original report, portrait mode in mobile mode requires reformatting visuals, landscape mode does not, you can try bookmarking again and see if it works correctly in portrait mode.
