Currently, it's impossible to bookmark specific filters or slicers and then subscribe to an email with the configuration. For your scenario, you can try to create a row-level-security for the managers in Power BI desktop, and then publish it to service, set the different roles belong to different managers, then you create report to display the call status, and Subscribe to a Power BI report by email, please refer to the following articles for more details.

Hello,
Are there plans to develop subscribe to a boormak feature? The use case is getting recurring updates on a subset of a data while maintanning fullf accces to the report, for example, get daily updates for top 5 customers, see all customer when accessing report.
