Bookmark does not work for some visuals on Power BI service

Hi Experts,

 

I have a bookmark to clear all filters and show all data again after users click all slicers, and this works well on Power BI Desktop. However, when I publish the report to Power BI Service, the bookmark only works for some visuals and does not clear others.

The bookmark is set to apply to all visuals, as you can see in the screenshot

It seems this issue has occurred recently, as reported by my end users.

I have also updated to the latest Power BI Desktop version.

 

Any ideas on this?

    I temporarily fixed the issue by deleting slicers and re-creating them

    It looks new issue and should have wider impact since many reports will be using Bookmarks.

    If there are no default slicer/filter set, can you use Clear All slicers button instead of bookmark?

      Clear All slicers button works well for all slicers, but it does not work for the search text filter, which was an imported visual

    We have been seeing similar problems as well, starting yesterday. We are seeing issues that the bookmarks work as intended in PBI Desktop, but acts differently in service.
    More specifically our booksmarks jump between slicers that has date filters. The booksmarks will select the new slicer as intended, but will fail to clear the old ones, something it does correctly in PBI Desktop.

        I have tried that several times, but unfortunately the problem is still there.

      I have the same issue . the bookmark rests my Date SLICER works on DESKTOP but Power BI service does not. Please address this as we have many reports which allows our users to toggle between different Data ranges.

        Unfortunately, in my reports the only way to resolve it was to delete all slicers (and really ALL slicers in het whole report) en recreate them. A huge job to do, but the only way to solve the problem.
