Hello,
My report has a tooltip conctructed by using HTML Content lite visualisation. The size of the tooltip is also not stanard. After publishing the report on service the text in the tooltip becomes blurry. I realized that usually custom visualstion can have a little worsen quality compare to standard on service. However is any solution for this?
@Psylocybek : Recently my laptop was updated with some windows-upadtes etc. Now the blurry of the custom visuals went away and they look normal again in Power BI Service. I am now on the MS Edge Version 131.0.2903.51.
@v-kaiyue-msft : Can you confirm that there was a recent update that fixed the issue?
Hi @Psylocybek ,
This issue has been internally confirmed as a known issue. If you are using an older Chromium browser version, you will not see the blurring of custom visual objects.
Please be patient and wait for a fix. I will update here if there is any news.
Best Regards,
Clara Gong

@v-kaiyue-msft : Sorry for stressing. Do you have any ETA when this fix will be implemented in Edge? The Problem is that we can't role back to an older Chromium version. Just an estimate would be good, so we can say something to our internal customers as they contacting us more and more.
Thank you, then I'm waiting
Hi @Psylocybek ,
Do you use a custome visual? It seems to be a MS Edge problem. We use 2 custom visuals, all of the look blurry since 3 weeks. With Firefox everything works.
