Bloomberg Data and Analytics in Power BI

Hi All,

 

I am looking for how to connect to Bloomberg from Power bi. In MIcrosoft document i have found this line

"Your organization must subscribe to Bloomberg PORT Enterprise and you must be a Bloomberg Anywhere user and have a Bloomberg biometric authentication device (B-Unit)"

 

Is any one have idea on what type of subscription it is and do we need to install any softwares from Bloomberg. Please confirm.

    About subscriptions, I don't think anyone knows more than their team.
    It might be a good idea to contact their team for more information.

    There are two kinds of subscriptions that I am aware of: a data license, and a terminal license.  I am unfamiliar with the data license, but the terminal license would have access to all the same data as well as the app and costs $25,000 a year as of 2022.

    Hello All ,   

    Thanks a lot for the information. 

     

       I could not find the Bloomberg Connection in my Power BI Desktop . ( I have June 2023 version). 

       How can I get that ?
