Blocked functionality in PBI system generated reports

Currently we are having an issue with system generated reports from D365 Fin Ops.

 

They seem to be blocking permission for the following functions: "View User Metrics", "QandA" and "View Data Insights".

 

Is there a way to turn on these functions as they are currently blanked out in the settings?

Hi @NicholasD,

 

Is the sytem generated reports the content pack of D365 in the Services? 

Did you check these limitations here? At least the Edit permission is needed.

There are some settings of usage in the Admin portal.
