Block multiple log in at the same time

When I log in with a user, I don't want another computer to log in while I'm logged.

System must block to log on to another computer unless I log out.
Or a user can log in from a specific computer

Is there a way to do this?

Could you provide some more information?  Are you talking about when you are in the Service and you don't want another log in with your userid (as in, you are using two computers)?  Or, do you mean that more than one person can be logged into the service at one time?
