Block access to My Workspace

I have users who need a pro license to view dashboards, but I do not want to give them the capabilities to create dashboards or reports. I can limit access to a given workspace, but I'm looking for a way to block access to "My Workspace"?

I saw a post from 2020 saying you can not block it, but you can monitor the logs to see if users are using My Workspace. I find that not very helpful. Trying to see if anything has changed in the last few years.

You can't give access to My Workspace in the first place anyway. From My Workspace you can only share reports but a user can't access the My Workspace.

Lately Microsoft added the capability for Power BI Admin of the Tenant to access the My Workspace in the organization and for only 24h.

Thanks, but, I don't want to access the users Workspace, I want to make it so they can not access their My Workspace and and create reports.

Impossible,

Microsoft didn't want to add this feature. we already asked them.
