Blanks on Service on Refresh

Hi Everyone,

I know the topic of blanks on refresh has been brought up many times in the past, but I am facing the same issue.  My report works fine on my desktop and the first time it is published to the service.  Once on the service, reports go blank or back to retroactive dates, when refreshed (either auto-refresh or manual trigger).

I have tried many ways to correct the issue including, clearing all yes/no filters, verifying date formats, splitting appended reports, deleting full pages and queries, etc.  In each case, the data is correct on the desktop and on the service until refreshed.

The date that the data stops working is Feb 25, 2022, but I have not been able to use that date to narrow down the problem.

Any help would be appreciated!

Just to circle back on this... my report inexplicably started working again.  I was never able to determine what was causing the issue.

    Certainly a very frustrating expereience.

Can you confirm if you upload to another app workspace and refresh if it still goes blank?

Also can you make sure that you have clicked on the "Reset to Default" button.

      Hi Gilbert,

I tried posting to a new space, but I have the same behaviour.

When looking at my data closer, my bigger issue is that the data is not going past Feb 24.   My "blank" fields are all related to anything that is looking at Month to Date because any data since Feb 25 is not showing up.  This is consistent for my two main data sources that are not linked.

See below image of my cumulative invoiced dollars.

      Any additional thoughts?

That looks to me that there is an issue with the underlying data sources not having new data?
