Hi,
I have been getting empty visuals in the mails that are subscribed after the dataset refresh. Even though the data and visuals are there when opened the report.
Does anyone else facing the issue?
If anyone was aware of it, Please help us resolve the issue.

Getting the blank mail as shown above. Usually, i get the mail with visuals/data
Report is refreshed and data is present in report but sometimes i get the blank mail.

unfortunately, I do not fully understand the issue. But I assume you have subscribed to a report that will be delivered to your inbox as an image of the report.
Maybe you are facing the limitation that most of the custom visual (those that are not certified) are not supported by email subscription: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-report-subscribe#reports

We scheduled to receive the subscription mails daily and gets the data/visuals in the mails normally.
But sometimes there won't be any data/visuals in the subscribed mail even if the dataset is refreshed and report has data.
If you are aware, please help in resolving the issue.
