I'm afraid there's no built-in bing ads connector in power bi desktop. You can vote for this idea: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/6700312-bing-ads. In addtion, as a workaround, you can extract your data into azure sql data warehouse first and then connect to data warehouse in power bi. For details, please refer to: http://bingads.topowerbi.com/.
