Bing Service not working?

I tried serveral keyboards but nothing worked. The dashboards is always empty.

I tried with " " and , to seperate the words. "PowerBI" works. I'm i doing anything wrong?

    I'm missing the context of this, are you referring to the Bing Content Pack? I just connected to it and typed "Power BI" without the double quotes and, see below:

      Bing Content Pack indeed.

      When i try "Waste Insight", i see this:
