Bing Map not working in BI Service

Good day,

Would appreciate assistance on below:

A Bing Map which has been working for several months in the BI Service is not longer working.  It shows a full map of the world, and is not filtering for selections.  It is working fine in the Desktop.  I have republished from the Desktop but still not working in the Service.

Many thanks

Karen

Hi @Anonymous,

I was not able to reproduce this problem on my side. Which Map visual did you use in your report? If possible, would you please share your .pbix file so that I can test on my service to see it problem persists?

Regards,

Yuliana Gu

Same issue here,

Visuals are working in desktop but in service. I have a map of the world with no locations. This published dashboard was working perfectly for years and suddently stopped working around last week.

I have tried all the quick fixes found in the community :

Log in Log out of service

Change Category of longitude and latitude data to Numeric with decimal and back.

I use the latest version of PBI (2.59.5135.781) and this issue is really a big one for us.

I have posted on this thread :

Please help me!

Thank you in advance!

Hi Yuliana, it must have been a temporary glitch, as the maps are now working as they should be.

Thanks for you response.
