Best approach to create dataset for multiple teams
Hi Community,
We are a 'Data 'team and we have another 'Report Development' team.
'Data' team works on Power BI and is responsible to provide data to different
teams in our organization.
For the reporting team, they need to develop a PBI dashboard and have provided
their data requirements to our 'Data' team. The 'Reporting' team wants to be independent
in accessing, and modifying the dataset required for their dashboard.
Just wondering what could be the possible ways/techniques to create a dataset for the
Reporting team. And among all the possibilities, what could be the best approach and why?

Based on the description, please try the following methods:
Try to create a workspace and create the semantic model in Power BI service for the Reporting team. The workspace provides a shared environment where semantic model can be accessed and reports can be edited.
Besides, create the dataset in the power bi desktop, then publish to the service and share with the reporting team.

Based on the description, please try the following methods:
Try to create a workspace and create the semantic model in Power BI service for the Reporting team. The workspace provides a shared environment where semantic model can be accessed and reports can be edited.
