Best Practices for sharing data set across an Organization

We are in the process of launching a data warehouse out to users in the Power BI Service. We are trying to move more towards self service analytics. Currently, it lives in a workspace that all users who will need access will have it. The issue that I can forsee is that all reports built with that data set will be saved under the same workspace. This will have 50+ users saving saving their reports to the same workspace. I do not think that this is the best method for report management as it could get very messy very quickly.  Is there a better way to approch this?

Hi there

You could have your dataset sitting in it's own app workspace.

Then you create separate App Workspaces for users based on the business units (as an example)
Give all the users the BUILD permission to the shared dataset.
The users can then build reports using Power BI Desktop and deploy the reports to their separate App Workspaces.
