Behaviour changes to MCODE in the Service

Can someone tell me how the IsInPreviousNDays function works once a report is published to the Power Bi service?

Below is a snippet of our code, what I want to know is when passed a parameter of 120, from what date/time does it start? Is it UTC, Service location or local time? 

each Date.IsInPreviousNDays([DATA_DATE], 120)),

We are getting different results from the desktop to the service and need to code appropriately .
