Background Image Stretched When Moving Between Differently-Sized pages

Hi,

I have a report with several pages, some of which are standard size and some are longer with a scroll bar.

I have a background image which includes the company logo and a bar across the top. This is done as inserted images have a margin that cannot be removed and so leave a gap around them.

The larger pages have a background image built to their specific pixel dimensions. What I have noticed is that (in both Desktop and Service), when navigating from a standard page to a long page, the background appears stretched for a few seconds until it can load properly.

This is undesirable behaviour as this completely distorts the company logo. I'd prefer the background to be blank until it can display properly. Can anyone replicate this? Not the worst issue I know but users are still reporting it as distracting.
