BW Filters - Information misalignment between Service and Desktop version

Hello everyone!

We have developed a dashboard in PowerBI whose information comes from SAP through consultations in BW.

We have applied some filters in the BW queries in order to not upload to PowerBI information about certain companies that have been liquidated but still have historical information in the transactional system.

The filter works perfectly in the Desktop version (you cannot see filtered company data in PowerBI), but in the online version, when we publish from the Desktop version, the information of the companies that we would be filtering appears....

Does anyone know what may be happening and how to solve it? We are using in both versions (Desktop and Service) the same users who have the same role and permissions.

Can you share some relevant screenshots? About its performance in Power BI Desktop and Service.Remember to remove confidential data.
