BUG: All date slicers changed format to US(mm/dd/yyyy)

All date slicers changed format to US(mm/dd/yyyy) , while all date fields are set to short date dd/mm/yyyy.
This happens using any regional settings on pc or browser and we noticed it in the last 1,5 week.
Also this happens only on service.

Hi. I had a similar issue last year. The trick was that the change of the date format needed to be done over Power Query Editor and not in there. I have opened the Transform data menu, click on changing data type regional. In my case, I have picked a Date using locale Argentina (dd/mm/yyyy). Once that was applied and published, the setting changed the date format for the report.

Thank you for your reply and I guess this might be a valid workaround but its about all the reports of the company that worked just fine until some days ago and it is also about the other formats like decimal separator and separator for thousands that changed, too. So I think it is a universal bug like in this thread:
