BI service does not know sharepoint

I can not connect Sharepoint file from BI service.

It said to Add to Gateway. Even though I add, the service does not know and still showing like below screenshot. And I also facing that error with sharepoint files that are previously okay.

And what I found right now is 

previously created sharepoint sources are with Cloud

but now is showing gateway and it can not be choosed.

Can anyone let me know if our side issue or BI side issue?

I'm facing exactly the same issue. Published apps, when another user takes control of the dataset, is not possible to assign the gateaway that was already in use.

Also, adding the connection to the gateaway is not fixing the problem. After downloading the app, we checked that on desktop version reloads just fine.
