BI incremental refresh failing - internal service error.

Hi All, 

 

incremental refresh has stopped working, if i refresh in deskptop and publish the data is up to date and issue, however the incremental refreshes fails after 30-40mins with the message 'The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.'

 

any suggestions ?

When you restart it manually, do you get the error everytime or is it random?
