BI department how to share reports to the organization

How can it be done as a BI department to share reports to the organization as a department were several collegues should be able to change excisting reports and add as well as delete reports shared to the organization?

We can all as indivuduals share and publish reports but how to do this when working as a department with several employees?

Hi @Bokazoit,

As my experience, instead of indivuduals sharing,

  • you could create Group - then add member and publish reports to there.
  • you could create content pack - then share for these people in the group or organization.

This will easier to manage and collaborate

Hi @Bokazoit,

According to your description, I also think instead of using individual sharing, making use of Group workspace may be a better choice in your scenario.Smiley Happy

@Bokazoit As suggested, the Group workspace provides the means for a group of report authors to control a set of Datasets/reports/dashboards together. Creating a Group Workspace creates an Office 365 group, and as such, you can utilize a One Drive location for any shared documents as well. The Workspaces can then be leveraged as the one location that all report authors know that content from that group is being shared to a wider audience, and if any issues arise those can be mitigated by the team rather than an individual.
