Azure maps visual not working properly on service.

Hey Experts,

I've used Azure Maps visual in one of my reports, it has been more then three months since report is published and the map was working fine until now. Now, the visual is loading initially when the report loads and after sometime it is showing blank, not sure why this is happening...

And when I reload the page it shows this error

This is happening on every system where the report needs to be accessed. That too only in this report where the Map is plotted, other reports are running absolutely fine.

Any help would be appreciated..!!

Hi @punitkhatri ,

Based on the testing, the report can show Azure map visual on the service.

Try to clear browser cache and cookies. Or, try to verify data source and Azure maps API.
