Azure maps not loading when used as tile on dashboard

Hello,

My team just encountered an issue where we are attempting to filter our maps using the geographical location via mobile app. In order to use the "Center Map" button the map visual must be used as a tile on dashboard. The Bings map on the left seems to load, but the Azure maps visual does not load once added as a tile.

Two issues of discussion:

1) Azure maps not loading as tile on dashboard

2) In general, Center Map button does not seem to work to center map on user's location

Please advise.
