Azure map - sensitive geodata storage

Is there information regarding where sensitive geographic data (address and postcode level) is stored and for how long? Is the data stored confined solely to non-personal/sensitive mapping data, or can any elated (meta)data added by users end up being stored in Azure too. Is it a temporary capture or is the mapping data permanently stored in a US datacentre?

Thanks for signposting to this information. Perhaps I'm missing something as I'm still not clear if my quetion is answered. I just need answers at a really simple level.  Please could you answer the following with either Yes or No.

• Is sensitive geographic data (address and postcode level) stored in the USA?
• Is elated (meta)data added by users temporarily captured? 
• Is elated (meta)data added by users permanently stored in a US datacentre?
