Azure cost management template for MCA

Hi,

I know there is an Azure Cost M<anagement template for EA agreements, but this does not work for a Microsoft Customer Agreement Accounts.  Anyone know if there is a template we can use for MCAs ? We can get the data via a connector, but dont want to reinvent the wheel if something already exists.
