Azure analysis service Tabular model to Power BI Pro migration

Dear All,

We have a requirement to migrate Azure analysis service Tabular model to Power BI Pro.

For migrating to Power BI Premium , there is a migration tool but to migrate to Power BI pro whats is the best way ?

Based on my understanding, the AAS equivalent support in Power BI is supported in only Premium workspace and not in Pro.

So you would need to have a premium workspace only if you want to migrate AAS to PowerBI

Migrate to Premium and then demote the workspace to Pro.

wow never thought about that, another Q can we have Premium or PPU for one workspace and other workspace can stay in Pro ?

I did the same suggested by you , created a workspace with PPU and then migrated AAS model to it and connected reports with this new migrated symantec model but when I tried changing the PPU to Pro , it gave error :

I indicated that you need to have a Premium capacity for this to work.

so we cannot change the capacity of workspace from PPU to Pro once migrated AAS models to Power BI PPU ?
