Azure Synapse as Source but data is not refreshing

Dear Team,

In Power BI Desktop, I am using Azure synapse serverless pool as my source and built thereport, report is refreshing fine in Power BI Desktop without any issues. In PBI desktop, we signed the synapse using "Microsoft Account" option.

When I publish it in Power BI service, I am seeing two options to enter the credentials of syanpse as below. By using Basic option, I am not able to login with my organization email, it's showing credential is incorrect but it's valid. I tried to login with "OAuth2", login was success but when I refresh the data, it's not refreshing and not throwing any error as well.

Refresh is finishing in 2 minutes without refreshing anything, same file is working & refreshing correctly in Power BI desktop. Please guide us on how to solve this refresh issue in Power BI Service.

Basic, which uses the basic account and password to connect to the data source.

OAuth2, generally using the organization's account

You can try the following ways：

1. You can check whether your refresh is successful in the Refresh history. If an error is displayed, you can provide us with the detailed error of the refresh failure, and we can better understand and provide help.

2. Many issues can surface when the gateway version is out of date. It's a good general practice to make sure you're on the latest version. If you haven't updated the gateway for a month or longer, consider installing the latest version of the gateway. Then see if you can reproduce the issue.

3. You can check whether you have configured the data source of gateway correctly.
