Azure SQL 2 datasources merge

Hi

I have 2 azure SQL dbs as datasources. 

I summarise from one datasource and merge with the other.  

On the desktop version of power bi it works perfectly I have a table with all the combined information.

I upload to the service and I have the summary values as expected.  I then refresh the dataset and the merged values become 0, I presume null as I set all nulls to 0.
