Azure Maps not loading in Power BI Service, when language is set to Arabic

Azure maps don't load in power bi service, when the language is set to Arabic (ar-QA). Inspecting the network logs, show a 404 for atlas-rtl.min.css

Any Potential Solution now? The same issue still remains after 2 years and Bing Maps is being disabled next month.The same map will work when no query parameter or en-US is used. but if the report is opened with language =ar-QA in the query parameters, the map will just show a blank area. In the logs the above stylesheet is not found.
