Azure Map conditional formatting not being published to web.

See also screenshot from the Power BI service, which does not display the conditional formatting option (for polygons in Reference Layer).
For additional context
- Reference layer is a zipped .shp
- Power BI version is 2.138.782.0 64-bit (November 2024)
