Azure Cost Management - The 'resourceGroups' column does not exist in the rowset. Table: Budgets

From 18th March 2020 I have been receiving the error msg below on scheduled updates from the scheduled update of a dataset using the Azure Cost Management connector (Used for months with no issues)

Something went wrong
There was an error when processing the data in the dataset.
Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.
Data source error: The 'resourceGroups' column does not exist in the rowset. Table: Budgets.
Cluster URI: WABI-UK-SOUTH-redirect.analysis.windows.net

The problem is that I cannot get anything to populate the "ResourceGroups" column, I have tried using a filter on a dummy budget in Azure Cost Management in the portal and whilst it pulls the budget through the ResourceGroups column is still blank. I created a budget at the resource group level and this doesn't even pull through on the Cost Management Connector.

Any ideas to fix or is this another bug in the connector?

Forgot to mention that as per the known issue with budget on the cost management connector the update works in PBI desktop, it is only in PBI online it fails
