Azure Consumption Insights content pack issues with Account Access Keys
Hi,
we would like to use the new content pack for our Azure EA administrators and account owners. The EA administrators should monitor the used services and expenses for the company and the account owners for the accounts they are responsible for.
The reports in the content pack work fine for the EA administrators with the enrollment access key as data source credentials.
For the EA account owners the account access keys are used to limit the data to the account they are responsible for. The reports still show the used services and products but no financial information at all.
Does anyone else has the same problem? Is this a configuration issue or is the content pack only intended for EA administrators?

Hi Andreas_K,
The Azure Consumption Insights content pack requires EA Direct, Partner and Indirect Customers who are able to view billing information. so in your scenario, make sure the EA account owner is able to see billing information. See: Microsoft Azure Consumption Insights content pack for Power BI.

thank you very much for the hint with the billing information for the EA account owner! I found out, that "AO view charges" wasn't enabled in the EA portal. The reports for the account owner look much better now! Nevertheless all dashboard tiles related to "Lifetime..." are still empty. The same applies to the "Usage Summary Overview", "Usage Summary Raw Data" and "Pricesheet" reports. Do you have any idea what needs to be done to make them show the data?
