Avoir le droit d'administrateur

Bonjour,

J'utilise le service Power BI avec une version d'évaluation. Comment puis-je avoir le droit d'administrateur en vue de pouvoir partager certains de mes rapports à tout le public ou le publier à grande échelle ?

Hi @GANETI ,

If you want to be the administrator, you should have the Microsoft 365 user management administrator assign you to the Power BI admin role in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

If you only want to share reports to others or to the entire orgnization, you don't need to have the administrator rights, a pro trial lisence can do it.

You have many ways to share with others:

1.Directly share it by clicking the Share button in the report.

2.Manage permissions of the report, you can grant people access there.

3.Grant workspace access. In this way, all the reports in the workspace can be seen by the members.

4.Create app in the workspace. In this way, you can include the specific reports in the app, and directly grant access to the entire organization in the permissions setting.

5.You can even publish the report to public. In this way, everyone, even those without a Power BI account, can see it through the link.
