Autoupdate sometimes fails

I have some autoupdate fails, maybe 3 of 8 updates by day. 

 

Error message:

 

"Your data gateway has no connection or can not be accessed. Verify that the computer running the gateway is turned on during the period of the update."

 

I have the pc all day turned on and, in the same update hour, one dataset fail and other dont fail

    Hi david1sp,

     

    Based on your description, it seems that some of the refresh could success and some will fail.

     

    What is your data source?

     

    Besdes, please check if your gateway is online. 

     

    In addition, your error may caused by the network, if you network is worse, the gateway may offline.

      I have an oracle database and sql and oracle mashup, today i had another error "Oracle not available: shared memory realm does not exist Linux-x86-64 Error 2: No such file or directory...", never had this error before, and it happened in others datasets.

      Always the gateway is online, and the network is good.
