Automatically generate/save a dashboard/report as a pdf and automatically email to myself?
Hi
I need to automatically generate/save a dashboard/report as a pdf and automatically email myself that pdf.
I have Power BI Pro, so I assume I should be able to do this but not sure how.
Can someone explain how to achieve this? Do I need to use MS Flow in some way?

Hi,
We think best way to do is via microsoft flow. You need to integrate a workflow inside MS Flow using Power BI that will email you the dashboard copy. Power BI has no automation feature present to auto export to PDF and email it after the export.

AFAIK, current power bi not has options to achieve your requirement.
BTW, power bi also not announced these operation api, so you can't manually invoke related api to achieve your requirement.Regards,
