Hello PowerBI Community forums,
I have a question for you lot regarding the automatic updating of a Dashboard view, I have a report set up with an auto-refreshing dataset in the PowerBI online environment from which several Dashboards are created to display.
The data in my report views does correctly auto-update every time an auto-refresh has been ran but for the Dashboard view I have to click the reload option in the drop-down menu after which it instantly renews with the (already fetched) auto-renew data.
My question is is there any built-in functionality that allows you to automatically update a dashboard view once an auto-refresh function has been ran?
Hi @DennisVerhoeven ,
As per design, your dashboard will refresh for every 15 min, you can enable the "Last Refresh" for your tiles in Dashboard.
If you want to refresh your dashboard automatically, may be you can use a Chrome extension "Super Auto Refresh Plus" and set the interval. Give a try and let us know, If this information is helpful to you.
Regards,
Amit
