Hi,
I will be scheduling dataset refreshes and subscribe users with full report attachments. Is there a way to append the Dataset Refresh datetime to the attached file name automatically and subscribe the users so that the users can just download and don't have to add the dates manually in order to identify the reports.

Hi @Anonymous ,
There is no such options for it . As a workaround , you can add refresh time in the report: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/report/powerbi/add-last-refresh-time?view=azure-devops

Elaborating the problem scenario. Let's say I have a report named xxxx.rdl/pbix and the dataset is scheduled to refresh everyday at 10AM. So the attachment in the email to all the users from Power BI service should look like xxxx - 02-08-2021 10:00:00 AM.xlsx. The idea is the users after downloading the attchment don't have to manually rename the files and they can keep track of the reports according to the date they were generated.
