Hello,
we have started with PBI reports and publishing on workspace one year ago. No problems with automatic refresh (gateway and other stuff set) so far.
Users claim different values in the same reports (same user name and pasword shared, just different PC station) on week ago.
Report openned in Desktop and manually updated - no mistake. This report is published on workspace again and the same mistake found (different data). We have tried to refresh dataset on workspace but the same problem. Automaticall refresh set in settings planned for different hours occures the same problem.
How is possible to see correct data only on desktop with manual referesh and cloud reports (automatically refreshed) show mistakes?

I wanna add that we have problems with SQL data (imported as Import, no Direct query).

The refresh you trigger in PBI Service finnishes or returns with an error? If yes - can you share the error itself?

First, try to check if the report in PBI service does not contain any filter. It happens quite often that filter in browser is applied and stored in cache. You can see removing those filters and settings in right corner of your report:
If this does not solve your problem, maybe try to download a copy from PBI Workspace back to your PC and then compare version from PBI Service with your original version from your PC.
