Automatic updates of my reports. Database in Gcloud.

Hi, I need your help. 

I need to automatically refresh my reports, but when I am configuring my credentials in order to connect automatically to my database in Gcloud, the system stays there processing and it never finishes or inform me about any error or problem, it just stays as the picture describes. I am in a trial version. Please Help me, what do I have to do, I need to refresh automatically the reports I 've built for the company where I work. Many thanks!
