Automatic page refresh in power BI service with Pro license

Hi ,

I have developed a report with direct query but I am unable to set up automatic page refresh for every 5 seconds in power BI service , I have a pro license . Is fixed interval page refresh compatible with Pro or PPU license ? Or else what is the other option I can think of other than using chrome add-in's for page refresh .

No , My problem isn't solved  I have contacted microsoft and they confirmed with pro licence I can't set an Auto- Refresh for a particular time . But default it is refreshing in every 5 minutes

The automate page refresh for Power BI Pro has the lowest setting of 30 seconds.

Thank you for you reply . But I have tried setting up the fixed interval refresh to 30 seconds but its not refreshing  and it is showing Admin interval setup as 5 minutes . Please help me how can I change the admin interval set time interval with Pro license .

You will need to chat to your Power BI Admin to update the settings.
