Automatic Page Refresh in published report

Hi,

my current situation is:

-that i have a report with direct query in Power BI Desktop and enabled "change detection"

-this will be published in Power BI Service

i searched the Documentation (e.g. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/desktop-automatic-page-refresh) but i am not clear what i need to do to fulfill my "wishes":

- the dataset isn't that big (just 6 tables with max. 20 rows).

- i want a change detection for at least one feature (this change can occur every 5 seconds)

- i want to share this report to other user and that they see the live changing data in the report

Is this possible with the license "premium per User"?
What else do i need to conider?
