Automated Emails in Power Bi Report Builder?
Hi There,
I was wondering if you can help me, we've recently purchased Power Bi Premium where I work and as part of that I realise I can start to make use of Paginated Power Bi Reporting. I understand that it is very similar to SSRS, does it include functionality in SSRS of sending emails to people out the box(no need to setup flows or anything?). Ideally dynamically capturing emails from a field and sending it people(it is going to be like a alert system where if someone hasn't done something they get a pdf & email).

Thanks for that edhans, a interesting read. Are you able to do a dynamic list of email addresses with subscriptions though, I didn't see it mentioned in the document? The idea is if a field is empty in the report it send the person a email. If not is there another way of doing this?

You'd need a Flow in Power Automate to start getting more dynamic with what is delivered and to whom.
