Automate the Excel Transformation process- PowerBI

Hi,

 I wish to use scripts to automate the Excel data transformation such as deleting prefined rows , Updating column name , Convert Data string to a Date format etc and then create a Pie chart without manual intervention .

Can anyone suggest what librbaries or query to use for the activity ? Or can this activity be conducted using Power Automate ?

This might be able to be done in Power Automate but it would be an expert who could potentially help you.
